O que você irá fazer

  • - Have a deep understanding of the LATAM Gaming ecosystem and suggest an aggressive yet feasible Business Development plan.
  • - Identify, engage and successfully onboard clients.
  • - Monitor affiliation, acquisition, volume and retention KPIs.
  • - Work closely with the Marketing, Product departments and suggest promotion, loyalty and rewards plans in order to grow KPIs.
  • - Act as an Account/ project manager and lead the project end to end.
  • - Monitor overall progress of sales process to ensure that successful implementation occurs, providing feedback where needed.
  • - Lead client discussions and coordinate with internal teams in order to accommodate their needs effectively.
  • - Perform market and competition research and analysis and suggest optimized scenarios, new product features etc.
  • to our product and business development teams.
  • **Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager and/or as an Account Manager in Gaming Operators or Gaming/ Payment System Supplier.
  • - Established network of key decision maker contacts with in target markets Gaming Operators or the network to be able to gain access to these key decisions makers quickly.
  • - Experience and understanding of online betting, casino and vlt/gaming arcade market.
  • - Experience in sports betting a plus- Demonstrated experience or understand of payments and payment partnerships in gaming operations.
  • - Demonstrated experience in Gaming Industry.
  • Loyalty and rewards experience will be considered a plus.
  • - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • - Excellent project and account management skills.
  • - Track record of clients and profitable deals.
  • - Result orientation and Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • - Fluent written and spoken Portuguese.
