O que você irá fazer

  • About the Role: You will be responsible for Enterprise Risk Management of Swiss Re's operations in Brazil (Insurance and Reinsurance).
  • As such, you are expected to be able to engage properly with various teams in both companies, with the following objectives: Assist the teams in identifying, analyzing, addressing, monitoring and communicating risks of all categories - whether in the execution of daily business or specific projects.
  • Participate actively in the evaluation of new regulations and their applicability to Swiss Re's business in Brazil.
  • Support the teams in adhering to the Swiss Re group's standards and policies.
  • Provide training sessions to increase the risk management culture for both companies.
  • Provide independent assessment of projects and operations, participating in local, regional and global efforts.
  • Support in registering operational deficiencies or action plans to improve the control environment.
  • Manage the regulatory (SUSEP) Operational Loss Database.
  • Participate in executive meetings and committees, presenting topics related to Risk Management.

  • About You: You have good interpersonal skills, clear and concise communication.
  • You are someone who is not satisfied by the first answer you get, curious to learn and focused on robust solutions.
  • Essentially: More than 5 years' experience in operational risk management in a (re)insurance company.
  • Knowledge in Risk Management frameworks (e.
  • g.
  • COSO ERM, ISO 31000).
  • Excellent communication skills, also in English (written and oral fluency).
  • Integrity and ethics, not afraid to have your opinion challenged.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships at different hierarchical levels, positively influencing different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects involving different areas.
  • Experience in creating presentations and conducting executive meetings.
  • Able to develop people who are less experienced in the risk management culture through your own experience and knowledge.
  • ESG basic knowledge.
  • Differentials: Knowledge of Brazilian (re)insurance regulation or others related to the local market (e.
  • g.
  • LGPD).
  • Previous experience in Actuarial Science, Statistics or related areas.
  • Previous experience with Solvency II or ORSA implementation or execution.
  • Knowledge in Risk Modeling (e.
  • g.
  • VaR, Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis).
  • Experience in dealing with external and internal auditors.
  • Experience in Process Management or/and Data Analytics tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
