O que você irá fazer

  • - R&D in E&P is strategic for TotalEnergies and its growth, as well as for strategic alliances like that with Petrobras.
  • Job Dimensions: The primary responsibility is to support the Lead Deep Offshore Engineer.
  • Participate in follow-up, coordination, and technology transfer of collaborations with Oil & Gas companies.
  • Participate in technical committees related to deep-water collaborations.
  • Ensure active follow-up of HQ involvement in JIPs funded or co-funded by TotalEnergies under supervision.
  • Coordinate personnel including specialists, research institutes, universities, subcontractors, and students under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with ANP 1% obligation, maximizing its use in R&D projects related to Deep-Water.
  • Support progress of R&D projects with academia and Brazilian companies.
  • Activities Perform activities in compliance with HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro principles, safeguarding people, environment, and resources, while contributing to energy efficiency and decarbonization.
  • Coordinate and steer R&D programs related to subsea developments, long tiebacks, deep/offshore architectures, and support structures.
  • Represent TotalEnergies R&D in research consortia, JIPs, testing projects, and external events.
  • Identify and develop R&D collaborations with universities, labs, and providers aligned with strategy.
  • Assist in budget and funding applications.
  • Supervise new and less experienced team members as part of their learning process.
  • Develop and share specialized knowledge within the team.
  • Monitor technology developments by competitors, vendors, and academia.
  • Promote the company's reputation within professional and academic communities.
  • Issue reports, syntheses, work proposals, and plans timely.
  • Ensure technology development and qualification for co-financed projects meet requirements.
  • Participate in follow-up and technology transfer of projects managed by TEPBR R&D.
  • Assist in managing project completion within budget and on time, communicating results.
  • Interface effectively with related internal teams and external partners during R&D and qualification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards, legislative and internal requirements for all R&D activities in Brazil.
  • Accountabilities: Support R&D activities aligned with multi-year programs, contributing to innovative solutions and scientific expertise transfer to business lines.
  • Candidate Profile MSc in engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5 years' experience in R&D or projects related to subsea flow assurance themes, including Hydrates, Waxes, Asphaltenes, Scales, and Flow Modeling; knowledge of SURF, SPS, or subsea processing preferred.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is mandatory; fluency in English is essential; some knowledge of French is preferred.
