O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will be based near Mogi Mirim and must be able to work frequently onsite at our production plant.
  • This role will focus on overseeing the implementation of a new platform and managing integrations with the Client''s infrastructure, collaborating with teams across India, the USA, and other international locations.
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects using a PMP-based, Waterfall/Hybrid project management approach.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project budgets.
  • Ensure strong communication across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Oversee the integration and necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, conflicts, and changes efficiently and proactively.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team on-site at the plant.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure project deliverables align with technical requirements.
  • Top Technical Skills and Experience: Proven background as a Senior Project Manager in manufacturing environments.
  • PMP certification or PMP-style project management experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a factory setting; must live close to Mogi Mirim for easy travel to the plant.
  • Experience with infrastructure projects (does not need to be hands-on technical but must manage technical integrations and upgrades).
  • Experience with MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems) knowledge of Ignition is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, planning, execution tracking, budget compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity working with global, multicultural teams.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience managing projects involving MES platforms such as Ignition.
  • Automotive manufacturing background.
