  • THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to our Integrations team, part of CODE Focus Area, in Brazil ! CODE leads the consumer digital experience providing user-focused excellent experiences enabling business scale and sustainable growth.
  • CODE (Consumer Digital Experience) is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful experience to attract and retain more subscribers, helping them start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Wellhub.
  • YOUR IMPACT As a Senior Product Manager of Integrations, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to seamlessly integrate the Wellhub marketplace with different types of third parties such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Partner Apps and Wearables devices.
  • Offering a frictionless experience to our user regardless of the type of partner they are interested in.
  • Lead the product integration roadmap ensuring that we are prioritizing the most impactful initiatives and we are aligned with Wellhub goals; Conduct in-depth market research understanding the industry trends and best practices identifying integration opportunities and potential new partnerships; Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, marketing to ensure that all of us are moving towards the same goals; Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize integration features and address the main necessities for our company and users; Maintain and evolve our developers portal providing all the relevant information about how to integrate with us; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
  • Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
  • WHO YOU ARE 2-4 years experience in leading system integrations; English is a must.
  • The majority of your stakeholders are native speakers; Hands-on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen; Analytical and quantitative skills are a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product; Strong problem solving - be able to structure problems, prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments; Capacity to identify and connect users needs and business needs, and develop effective ideas to meet them; Seen as a plus:Experience with CMS (club management systems) integrations; Experience with Apps integrations; Familiar with the most important integration standards (Restful APIs, Webhooks, Polling, RPC); A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 0-3 years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.
