  • The product group you''ll be working with is Cloud Services which is responsible for our cloud portal and marketplace.
  • Cloud Services plan out new services and build them to run in a highly available way.
  • They plan, manage and secure our infrastructure for our external and internal services.
  • **Your skills**- 5+ years product design experience.
  • - Great experience using Figma.
  • - Experience building experience following pattern libraries and design systems.
  • - Ability to embrace change and hyper-growth with nimble ease in adapting.
  • - Experience working or understanding on cloud based services.
  • - Experience working with highly regulated markets.
  • **What you''ll do ****- Work closely with Lead Designers and PMs on the team to define features and the overall direction of your product area.
  • - Produce end-to-end product design across the spectrum of user experience.
  • Most of the time this means user research, usability tests, user journeys, user tasks, wireframes and prototypes.
  • - Identify both small and large usability issues within your group(s), and help prioritize when they occur.
  • - Follow design deliverable handoff to the engineering team, reviewing what was possible to accomplish, understanding what should be done differently next time to reach better results.
  • - Collaborate with our design system as needed.
  • - Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, customers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and opportunities for improvement.
  • - You enjoy thoughtful conversations about problems and perfecting designs, but in the end, you know that what matters is delivering a manufacturable solution that works.
  • **Main aspects of a senior****Visual Design**Demonstrates and articulates understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Uses the design system consistently to produce designs and, where appropriate, new styles and patterns that are cohesive with the rest of the product.
  • **UX Design**Consistently considers the holistic user experience, potential states (errors, successes, dead-ends) and product overlaps in their own and others'' work.
  • **Patterns**- Balances existing visual and UX patterns with contained edge-cases to ensure a purposeful interface.
  • - Identifies and flags instances where existing patterns break down in their own work, as well as proactively reviews work done by other designers.
  • - When diverging from established patterns, identifies, documents and socializes new patterns amongst the design team.
  • - Maintains and suggests evolutions of our design system and existing style guides with a system-minded approach.
  • **Product Sense**- Helps to shape their team''s priorities by providing input from a user''s perspective, getting feedback from other areas to assure feasibility.
  • - Regularly references product goals and can speak confidently about how their work relates to the design system purpose, product vision and company objectives.
  • **Toolkit**Is able to master Figma, using all features available to best translate abstract concepts into concrete solutions.
  • **Transparency**- Shares work early and often and seeks out constructive feedback from their manager, leads, stakeholders, vertical team and chapter- Works with their respective team(s) to filter and prioritize feedback, having autonomy to make decisions by themselves and guiding the team through standards without the need of calling managers into the conversation but knowing red flags that may need to be communicated with design chapter behind the scenes.
  • - Shares upfront, any blocker in their agenda, keeping it always updated**Influence**Fosters a collaborative, cross-disciplinary design process and, as a result, is trusted by their team to make big shifts in user experiences, following standards and communicating behind the scenes with design managers, lead designers and product leadership.
