  • Ready to make history with us? About the role We''re seeking a talented and self-motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in design or IT, as well as experience developing real products for the web.
  • If you have an eye for detail, a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly interfaces and a resilience to handle the complexity of a B2B platform, we''d love to hear from you! Join us if you are excited to Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
  • Work with small multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Youll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
  • Be autonomous.
  • Youll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
  • Work with complex interactions and concepts of a B2B platform.
  • Respect, maintain and enrich our Design System.
  • Encourage and promote design iterations under a User-centric approach.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • What you bring to the team 3+ years of experience designing for the Web.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
  • Excellent visual design skills and strong interaction design skills.
  • Good understanding of usability and information architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus).
  • Resilience to hone your design instinct through user feedback.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work of UI/UX design.
  • Please include your design portfolio with your application for review.
  • Good knowledge of low-code tools such as Framer.
