About You Versatile and hands-on doer, starter attitude Empathetic and humble, you are respectful, optimistic, have the capacity to commit to disagreement when needed, and take ownership Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally Experience working with non-tech colleagues Core Responsibilities Develop PHP based applications end to end Optimize and refactor existing web applications Contribute to code reviews and collaborative problem-solving Implement new features and improve data integration capabilities Participate in architectural planning and technical roadmapping Must Have Skills 3+ years building full-stack applications with PHP backend English Fluency Experience with modern front end JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.
js Experience with SQL API development expertise Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently Growth-oriented approach Nice to Have Modern PHP framework knowledge such as Laravel Component-based JS framework experience Cloud deployments experience Test automation experience Microservices development experience Educational software or SaaS platforms expertise Data integration expertise Enthusiastic about learning and teaching others What Youll Get An opportunity for uncommonly fast career growth.
