O que você irá fazer

  • You will interact directly with internal stakeholders, external suppliers/providers, and product engineering teams.
  • Along with the team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and implementing them.
  • We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Network Reliability Engineer who will have the opportunity to design and implement new technologies & enhance the existing ones.
  • Sharing ideas and evolving in a dynamic and diverse Cisco-based network environment, spanning within sixteen countries already and continuously expanding, will be everyday life!As a Senior Network Reliability Engineer you will:Maintain network availability by identifying and resolving any issues that impair connectivity.
  • Collaborate with network Engineers to design and implement functional company networks, both on-prem and in Cloud environments.
  • Manage ACL policies in the company''s firewalls according to business needs.
  • Install and configure network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Provide 2nd level support to VPN remote access for users.
  • Basic administration of the company''s Telephony System (Cisco UCM).
  • Manage the company''s Wireless Network.
  • Create and implement network security measures.
  • Conduct regular network performance tests.
  • Handle escalated network support issues.
  • What youll bring:Strong experience in Cisco-based network environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Well-acquainted with Cisco network devices and appliances (Threat Defense, Nexus, Catalyst, IOS, ISE, ASA, Meraki, etc.
  • ).
  • Experience in network monitoring tools.
  • Ability to perform duties in a very fast-paced environment and quick familiarization with new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with agility.
  • Nice to Have:CCNP certification will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of coding languages like Ansible and Python for automating network processes.
  • Experience in supporting VoIP telephony systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
