O que você irá fazer

  • We''re seeking a talented **Senior**Multimedia Designer** to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience.
  • You''ll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand''s visual presence.
  • **What you''ll do**:- ** Lead Creative Execution**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
  • - ** Multimedia Content Creation**: Design and produce product illustrations, social media graphics, digital ads, logos, and other materials for both print and digital use.
  • - ** Animation & Video**: Lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
  • - ** Mentorship & Best Practices**: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers; champion design best practices and consistency across all projects.
  • - ** Tool Mastery**: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver polished, professional content.
  • - Brings **5+ years of experience** in multimedia design or a related creative field.
  • - Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
  • - Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • - Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • - With excellent communication and time management skills.
  • **Bonus Points for**:- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
  • - Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
