O que você irá fazer

  • In addition, should plan and execute all marketing campaigns for target audiences in Latin America.
  • How youll make an impact: Plan and execute digital strategy for Surgical business for specific target audiences.
  • Manage different platforms and tools, including social media, following EW guidelines and policies and respecting specific country requirements.
  • Plan and lead marketing campaigns, making sure that they are implemented on time and with an accurate review/approve process.
  • Translate business strategy in effective digital and marketing campaigns, establishing clear KPIs and implementing frequent reports.
  • Interface with external vendors (identify and select the most accurate ones depending on the strategy) and control budget according defined in planning phase.
  • Interface with other external institutions in order to establish partnerships when applicable and following EW guidelines.
  • Analyze digital and marketing communication trends to ensure initiatives are updated.
  • Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements as it relates to marketing.
  • Budget control for related initiatives.
  • Adopt and develop promotional materials including translation coordination, adjustments, and printing in accordance with promotional material SOP while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead market material adoption and usage by the field team and coordinate any adjustments needed, including new material creation.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to sales team regarding EW digital initiatives and campaigns.

  • What youll need: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in marketing, communication, and other related areas with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • What else we look for: Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
  • Ability to develop complex models, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Deep knowledge of digital tools and metrics.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to analytics.
