O que você irá fazer

  • He/she will oversee the monthly sales operating rhythm, sales information dashboard, and sales efficiency through routes and routines.
  • Sales operations will ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes, maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Additionally, he/she will deploy and control the merchandising team alongside a third-party agency.
  • Top Accountabilities Operating Discipline: Oversees the annual sales planning process and monthly operating rhythm.
  • Manages/develops standardized sales calendars, account planning cadences, and selling imperatives.
  • Collaborates on metrics and KPIs for omni-channel business, tracking sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensures alignment across sales teams.
  • Sales Policy and Administration: Maintains centralized sales resources, manages contracts, customer lists, and collateral.
  • Enforces sales policies, including customer setup and SKUs.
  • Sales Efficiency and Cost to Serve: Implements process improvements, measures efficiency, and develops sales tools and frameworks like playbooks and training materials.
  • Merchandising Resources: Deploys and manages merchandisers, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Oversees training, KPIs, and performance in conjunction with the agency.
  • Manages third-party service levels and agreements.
  • Experience & Qualifications At least 5 years in sales operations, management, or related fields.
  • Proven record of improving sales efficiency and cost metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency.
  • Experience managing third-party contracts and legal agreements.
  • Experience with sales automation to reduce costs.
