  • Oysters Finance team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Business Partnering team.
  • Our Business Partnering team is the heartbeat of decision support and analysis for Oyster, and this role is the perfect chance to have a direct impact on the company's growth.
  • This person will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with Oysters Commercial finance team and senior leaders.
  • What youll do: Collaborate with FP&A and business leaders on company-wide strategic decision making.
  • Understand key SaaS metrics/benchmarks and adapt these to Oysters business model.
  • Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted partner to functional leaders.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to understand company performance and identify opportunities.
  • Communicate complex problems and analysis to non-technical teams.
  • Benchmark financials, set realistic targets, and drive improved financial performance.
  • Work with business intelligence and planning tools to enable efficient financial modeling and data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in the implementation, operationalization, and ongoing development of planning tools and processes.
  • **What were looking for:**2+ years of experience in Strategic/Business finance, FP&A, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision makers.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and benchmarks.
  • Capability to produce insightful analysis for decision support and think long-term.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Oyster uses Looker).
  • Experience with operational and financial planning software.
  • Understanding of go-to-market processes and ratios.
  • Respected thought leader to business leaders.
  • Ability to model operational impacts on financial statements.
  • Thrives in a high-growth distributed environment.
  • **Additional requirements:** A reliable home internet connection or ability to obtain one.
  • Fluent English skills.
