O que você irá fazer

  • These solutions aim to generate insights from connected data, enhancing the enterprise''s data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • The role requires understanding of engineering, troubleshooting, and monitoring of rotating equipment.
  • The engineer will work alongside Data Scientists and Product Owners to ensure business value and quality.
  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop advanced analytics solutions for Predictive Analysis related to vibration, thermography, oil analysis, lubrication, and other metrics.
  • Filter and interpret Predictive Analysis Results for discussion or sharing with the Reliability Specialists Team, aiding in coordinating or requesting future corrective actions on equipment.
  • Ensure operational reliability and performance of equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, gas compressors, and pumps by analyzing results, conducting root cause assessments, and issuing technical reviews and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance on maintenance issues and failures of offshore turbo machinery equipment.
  • Promote collaboration between data scientists and data engineers, encouraging cross-training and mutual support.
  • Work with business process owners to validate model outputs, develop training, tune models, and ensure value creation from analytics models.
  • Participate in problem framing with business owners, data scientists, and engineers to identify opportunities.
  • RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in reliability and/or maintenance activities focused on condition-based monitoring.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or advanced analytics projects.
  • Experience with predictive technologies and digital projects.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment, including interpretation of characteristic and performance curves.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, especially in correlating equipment and process variables to identify anomalies and optimize performance.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and PFDs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to work at our offices in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.
  • Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
  • DifferentialExperience in Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, or Pulp & Paper industries.
  • CREA registration is desirable.
  • Additional training in rotating equipment and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistics.
