  • About the Job We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who is passionate about financial data analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • You will play a key role in supporting management and leadership decision-making through financial simulations and data-driven insights.
  • Responsibilities Create financial scenarios and business plans to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
  • Build and refine financial models for Budget, Forecast, and Actual vs.
  • Budget comparisons.
  • Perform financial simulations and predictive analyses, providing insights that drive company decisions and performance.
  • Ensure financial information is compliant and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary FP&A contact, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the Board and Leadership.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and budget tracking (OpEx and CapEx).
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Google Sheets preferred) and programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of controllership, treasury, cash flow, scenario modeling, and corporate finance.
  • Experience in budget planning, project costing, and pricing.
  • Experience managing financial investments, loans, and financing.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate finance within the tech sector (SaaS).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Competency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis.
  • Experience in startup environments.
  • Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, offshore structures, and currency risk mitigation.
