  • We are now looking to recruit three skilled Senior Firewall Engineers to join us to support the Deployment, Configuration & migration of our customers business unit and infrastructure, Cisco ASA and Firepower devices to a new environment.
  • What will you be doing? - Drive multiple parallel deployment activities across business units to replace Cisco ASA firewalls with Cisco Firepower firewalls and migrate to managed configurations - Partner with stakeholders and internal customers/business units to define and implement customer''s configuration requirements including rule/policy implementation, and determine fit for purpose - Integrate and implement Cisco ASA/Firewpower firewalls into standard tool suite for infrastructure monitoring - Create and maintain detailed design documents - Develop and maintain Architectural Design Document - Provide L3 on-call support - Identify automation opportunities and process improvements What skills and experience are we looking for? - Experience in Architecture/Design Role of Cisco ASA/Firepower technologies - Experience in Architecture/Design Role of Palo Alto firewall technologies - Experience with routers and switches and other network technologies - Knowledge of Security concepts and ability to apply them to business processes - Experience with packet level analysis with wireshark and tcpdump - Experience routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP - Industry recognized security certifications this can include security methodology (Eg.
  • CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.
  • ) or vendor specific (product) certifications (Eg.
  • CCNP, CCSE, CCSP, JNCIS, PCNSA, etc.
