O que você irá fazer

  • As the company's Senior Finance Leader, you will be responsible for developing and directing financial functions including financial policies, planning, reporting, and controls.
  • You will also ensure that the company's financial transactions support the company's overall business strategy while following all laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate has an accounting degree or an MBA and has extensive treasury experience, in addition to experience managing accounting personnel.
  • Responsibilities Lead the finance department, which includes the financial operations and accounting teams.
  • Implement procedures and controls to protect company funds/assets.
  • Negotiate fees with vendors and payment companies.
  • Manage a global team that operates 24/7.
  • Create goals for the finance department that support the company's objectives.
  • Review and approve financial policies developed by the finance department.
  • Analyze data and develop reports with accounting & finance data.
  • Create and deliver financial presentations.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including the movement of funds.
  • Take the lead in completing the financial statement audit and manage the company's external auditors.
  • Be a mentor to finance department managers.
  • Provide recommendations on strategic direction to the executive team.
  • Develop budgets, policies, and procedures that support the company as a whole.
  • Requirements Experience dealing with cybersecurity, phishing, and other sophisticated attacks targeted at finance departments and financial institutions.

  • Deep knowledge of accounting, audit, corporate finance, and treasury functions.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the overall finance function of a company is required.
  • Qualifications 5 to 8+ years of experience in a financial operations, treasury, or accounting role is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance team leadership role is preferred.
  • Professional work experience in a brokerage or in the fx industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in crypto is an added bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; master's or MBA preferred.
  • This position requires working 40 hours per week and is intended for candidates based in North America, South America, and Europe.
