O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent accounting knowledge, and a solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Responsibilities include:Processing and recording accounts payable and receivable accurately and timely; Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies; Managing the company''s cash flow; Preparing financial reports for the Group; Collaborating with other teams to ensure financial data accuracy; Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions; Monitoring and evaluating investment performance; Managing daily operations such as supplier contracts, couriers, notaries, and vehicle fleet.
  • Qualifications and skills:Degree in accounting or related fields; At least 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst; Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with a good understanding of system dependencies; Strong numeracyskills, with the ability to manipulate and clearly communicate data; Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines; Ownership mentality and initiative-taking ability; Resilient and adaptable, able to remain calm under pressure and adjust to changing priorities; Self-starter with solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working within a multicultural, matrix environment; Ability to develop and communicate solutions for complex issues within a large organization; Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
