  • As part of this team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.
  • What will you doAs a Field Analyst, you will be the face of our company at client locations, responsible for the installation of our products and providing on-site support.
  • Your role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions, fostering positive client relationships and technical reliability.
  • ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions.
  • Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed products.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting as required.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials.
  • Document installation processes and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Revisit sites for routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company installation standards.
  • RequirementsBachelors degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Solid experience with on-site installations and support in a tech environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to our products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide training to clients.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.
  • Bonus pointsCertifications in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for installations and support.
  • Fluent in English.
