  • What you'll doAs an Enterprise Account Manager at Tractian, your primary mission is to exceed revenue targets aggressively.
  • You're in charge of managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring you understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Your role is pivotal in crafting strategic account plans, leveraging Tractian's suite of products to drive growth and customer success.
  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise-level clients to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • New Business Development (Hunting): Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities within the enterprise segment, expanding Salesforce's client base.
  • Manage Key Accounts (Farming): Nurture and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Challenge Selling: Leverage Tractian's product suite to propose tailored solutions that address specific customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas, demonstrating effective sales performance and revenue generation.
  • RequirementsExtensive Sales Experience: At least 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in enterprise-level B2B sales or in a similar technology-driven industry.
  • Proven Track Record in Overachieving Quota: Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding sales targets, particularly in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Industry Networking: Established network within the relevant industry sectors and the ability to leverage these connections effectively.
  • Advanced Negotiation and Closing Skills: Expertise in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Bonus PointsDeep Understanding of CRM and Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge of CRM solutions, cloud-based technologies, and the broader SaaS landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Federal or State University with extracurricular experience during undergraduate studies (BAJA, EJ, Athletics, FSAE, and sports).
  • English Fluency for dealing with international accounts (C1/C2).
  • Spanish Fluency for dealing with international accounts (C1/C2).
