As a Data Scientist, youll help drive innovation by integrating AI and data-driven solutions into strategy and execution.

WHAT YOULL DO - Design and implement robust data science models and solutions for Bain cases and clients - Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and designers to bring data products to life - Work across diverse datasets and domains, performing data manipulation and advanced analytics - Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and storylines - Contribute to scaling proof-of-concept projects into resilient, production-level tools - Support the continuous improvement and evolution of Bains analytics capabilitiesABOUT YOU - You have a bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles - Youre fluent in Python and familiar with Git for collaboration - Youve built and deployed supervised and unsupervised machine learning models - Youre comfortable working with statistics, linear algebra, and databases - You enjoy exploring messy datasets and can tell a compelling story from data - Youre proactive, curious, and love learning new tools and technologies - Youre an excellent communicator who thrives in interdisciplinary teams - English fluency is essentialWHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING - Work with a passionate, innovation-driven team tackling real-world problems - Create and scale data products across industries from retail to climate change - Be part of a growing data innovation hub in South America with global impact - Enjoy a people-centered culture that values autonomy, creativity, and inclusion#J-18808-Ljbffr
