As a Data Scientist, youll help drive innovation by integrating AI and data-driven solutions into strategy and execution.
Whether launching new ventures, reimagining user experiences, or building tech-enabled products, youll work at the intersection of analytics and impactturning bold strategies into breakthrough results.
WHAT YOULL DO Design and implement robust data science models and solutions for Bain cases and clients Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and designers to bring data products to life Work across diverse datasets and domains, performing data manipulation and advanced analytics Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and storylines Contribute to scaling proof-of-concept projects into resilient, production-level tools Support the continuous improvement and evolution of Bains analytics capabilities ABOUT YOU You have a bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles Youre fluent in Python and familiar with Git for collaboration Youve built and deployed supervised and unsupervised machine learning models Youre comfortable working with statistics, linear algebra, and databases You enjoy exploring messy datasets and can tell a compelling story from data Youre proactive, curious, and love learning new tools and technologies Youre an excellent communicator who thrives in interdisciplinary teams English fluency is essential WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING Work with a passionate, innovation-driven team tackling real-world problems Create and scale data products across industries from retail to climate change Be part of a growing data innovation hub in South America with global impact Enjoy a people-centered culture that values autonomy, creativity, and inclusion #J-18808-Ljbffr
