O que você irá fazer

  • This professional will focus on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data generated by our platform to help our customers understand their users' behavior regarding our solutions.
  • By transforming this data into actionable insights, you will support our customers in making informed decisions that enhance their business outcomes.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product and technology teams to develop robust, data-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of structured and unstructured data generated by our platform.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to user behavior and product usage.
  • Develop predictive models and advanced analytics using machine learning and statistical techniques to provide deeper understanding for our customers.
  • Create reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and quality by implementing best practices in data governance.
  • Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficiency and scalability in data processing.
  • Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, Data Analyst or in similar roles (up to 5 years of experience).
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and data engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL Server, with a focus on stored procedures (80%).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.
  • Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS preferred; other platforms acceptable).
  • Preferred Qualifications:Data science, machine learning or data analysis.
