O que você irá fazer

  • We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team working for clients in Europe.
  • In this role, you will design, implement, and support data pipelines, collaborating closely with teams in the EU, US, Brazil, and other countries.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with these teams and clients.

  • We are seeking candidates who have: Solid experience in designing, building, and testing data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python for data gathering, cleaning, transformation, and working with data frames in various formats.
  • Comfort with learning new frameworks.
  • Experience with Cloud services, especially AWS Glue.
  • Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
  • Willingness to work with various technologies and learn continuously.
  • Ability to share knowledge with junior team members.
  • Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing code for data tools on Cloud (AWS) to perform data aggregation and processing.
  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs in existing data pipelines.
  • Defining, building, and delivering high-quality data pipelines.
  • Participating in data validation processes.
  • Designing and setting up cloud infrastructure.
  • Constructing, testing, and maintaining data management systems.
  • Ensuring systems meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Integrating new data management and software engineering technologies.
  • Developing processes for data mining, modeling, and production.
  • Recommending improvements to data reliability and quality.
  • Analyzing and organizing raw data.
  • Building data marts for analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge areas that are a plus, but not mandatory: Understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms like AWS RedShift, AWS EMR, Snowflake.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
  • Automation scripting with Python or other languages.
  • Experience with various SQL and NoSQL databases.
