  • Function**:Analyst Import and Export Clearance**Grade**:9**Department**: CHB Operations**Center: SAOWorking Hours**:08:30 to 12:00; 13:15 to 18:00 - From Monday to Friday****Description of function CHB operations**1.
  • Provide support for internal customers and in the area of customs legislation, compliance classification and taxes; 2.
  • Analysis license for goods, if necessary, arrange for the preparation of the LI and follow up on the approval.
  • Main agencies, Decex, Anvisa, Mapa, Inmetro and the Federal Police.
  • In case of prior authorization, boarding authorization only with the approval; 3.
  • Physical audit of theimporter''s documents and the operational document (hawb, radar, mantra, invoice, packing list and other processes inherent to customs clearance.
  • 4.
  • Provide daily updates through the broker systems, E2K and boarding maps; 5.
  • Develop and monitor special customs regime processes (Drawback, Ex tariff, customs warehouse, export and temporary import); 6.
  • Prepare, check and send cash to the customer in an assertive and timely manner; 7.
  • Prepare, check, submit and monitor the DTA processes; 8.
  • Make (type), check and submit the Import Declaration to customs and follow the steps of the clearance process until the effective release of the goods and final delivery (if applicable); 9.
  • Ensure the timelinessand assertiveness of payments for storage, taxes and other expenses inherent to customs clearance.
  • Also ensuring that the amount in the customer''s account is sufficient for processing payments; 10.
  • Follow the parameterization channel applied by the customs authority and follow the legal requirements in case of requirement; 11.
  • Extract the status of the process from the Mantra, in case of discrepancies, follow the operational procedures related to the insurance company, inspections and contact with the importer; 12.
  • Make requests for pull of cargo and other instructions regarding the final delivery of the goods accompanying the final delivery; 13.
  • After clearance, finalize the process by auditing the physical and network documentation and making the process available for invoicing; 14.
  • Verify the need for a Certificate of Origin and submit accordingly; 16.
  • Prepare the Single Export Declaration and monitor the due clearance and registration of the process; 17.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the deadlines established in the general operational stages (BI - Business Intelligence) or for specific customer goals (KPI''s); 18.
  • Complete and validate the operational and financial checklist of the clearance process; 19.
