  • In this strategic role, you will guide enterprise customers in aligning their digital goals with Adobe solutions.
  • You wont be executing initiatives, but you will coordinate internal teams and conversations that help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support decision-makers in shaping their digital plans and navigating transformation.
  • What Youll Do Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives Co-develop success plans tied to business outcomes Facilitate discussions on digital maturity and customer journey design Translate strategic goals into cross-functional initiatives Lead planning sessions focused on prioritization and adoption Track account health and address risks early Share benchmarks to support continuous improvement Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services Provide insights to enhance Customer Success practices What You Bring 8+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, marketing technology, or transformation Experience guiding executive conversations and aligning teams around goals Analytical thinking and strong communication skills Knowledge of digital business models and omnichannel strategies Familiarity with tools like Business Model Canvas, OKRs, JTBD, and Journey Mapping Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus) Bachelors degree required; MBA or similar specialization is a plus Working at Adobe We focus on collaboration, impact, and learning.
