  • In this strategic role, you will guide enterprise customers in aligning their digital goals with Adobe solutions.
  • You wont be executing initiatives, but you will coordinate internal teams and conversations that help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support decision-makers in shaping their digital plans and navigating transformation.
  • What Youll DoBuild relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executivesCo-develop success plans tied to business outcomesFacilitate discussions on digital maturity and customer journey designTranslate strategic goals into cross-functional initiativesLead planning sessions focused on prioritization and adoptionTrack account health and address risks earlyShare benchmarks to support continuous improvementCollaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and ServicesProvide insights to enhance Customer Success practicesWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, marketing technology, or transformationExperience guiding executive conversations and aligning teams around goalsAnalytical thinking and strong communication skillsKnowledge of digital business models and omnichannel strategiesFamiliarity with tools like Business Model Canvas, OKRs, JTBD, and Journey MappingFluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)Bachelors degree required; MBA or similar specialization is a plusWorking at AdobeWe focus on collaboration, impact, and learning.
