  • ) Bi-lingual Spanish What you will be doing in this role Identify and engage with key external stakeholders to drive widespread product awareness across all customer sites.
  • Conduct regular outreach to end users, promoting product news and driving attendance to training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs, tailored to key personas and showcasing relevant use cases and product benefits.
  • Lead clear and interactive customer training sessions, for audiences of various sizes, ensuring high product adoption and user engagement.
  • Support the development of in-product and online education materials that enhance product understanding and usability.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage regularly to identify trends and implement targeted improvement strategies as needed.
  • Partner with the account management team on account strategy by sharing customer sentiment, user feedback, product usage and health trends.
  • Collaborate with product management to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Clarivate products and stay informed on industry trends.
  • About the Team The Customer Education team sits within the Customer Experience organization of the Life Sciences & Healthcare vertical.
