O que você irá fazer

  • This professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM, ensuring the efficiency of customer relationship, acquisition, and retention campaigns.
  • Responsibilities: -Manage and optimize HubSpot, ensuring the correct configuration, segmentation, and automation of marketing flows.
  • -Create and manage B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns and B2C relationship campaigns.
  • -Develop strategies and campaigns to encourage downloads and engagement in our app.
  • -Create marketing automation flows for customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.
  • -Manage the contact base, ensuring efficient segmentation and data enrichment.
  • -Monitor performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, ROI) and implement improvements.
  • -Perform A/B tests to optimize campaigns.
  • -Work in partnership with the Marketing, Sales and Product areas to ensure the best experience for customers.
  • Requirements: -Strong experience in CRM, marketing automation and campaign management, preferably in HubSpot.
  • -Knowledge of acquisition and relationship campaigns for B2B and B2C.
  • -Experience with campaigns focused on app downloads and engagement.
  • -Analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
  • -Organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
