O que você irá fazer

  • actual budget), according to the calendar and guidelines of the head office, gathering information from various areas, aiming at reporting financial statements, generating studies and statements with the aim of ensuring better visibility and understanding of financial information by senior management, providing data to support decision-making.

  • actual); Ensure working capital planning, providing the Revenue and Cost, Expenses, Payroll databases, for projection of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventories, taxes, among others, aiming at identifying necessary needs or opportunities; Analyze possible impacts on exchange rate variation, mapping, through the survey of imported items, the exchange rate exposure that will be used in the simulation of possible impacts; Prepare monthly budgetfor results and balance sheets, extracting data from the system and receiving data from other areas, with accurate analyses, providing information for decision-making on preventive actions or improvements; Close the P&L, issuing a report on revenue and costs; updating databases withthe results of the payroll closing, calculating the total expenses with production, freight and others, analyzing these totals with the annual and monthly budget, calculating the totals of extraordinary income and expenses, in accordance with the company''s rules and procedures; Perform variousupdates, such as: operational volumes, average prices and costs, processed results and those still pending, and update risks and opportunities, contributing to the forecast of annual closing results; Report indicators (KPIs) in systems and spreadsheets according to the plant and head office''s request; Prepare, updateand attend various presentations and meetings, both local and global; Attend internaland external audits; Monitor the results of the company''s own and third-party cyclical inventory; Extract, through the system, a report of the company''s material held by suppliers, performing on-site audits of the quantity of parts and adjusting gaps between the physical and systemic totals, ensuring the accuracy of the audited totals; Provide supportto employees in your area, clarifying doubts and supporting them, within your scope, in the operationalization of their activities; Attend to and perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate Superior.
