O que você irá fazer

  • This role is will be based in Manila, Philippines.
  • This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
  • In this role, you will besupporting the growth of both existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering Total Remuneration Surveys, collaborating closely with clients, operations, and regional teams.
  • This role involves working with a diverse array of clients to assist them in developing and implementing employee reward programs, offering expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • By leveraging global research and thorough analysis, you will provide clients with the guidance, knowledge, tools, and support necessary to ensure their reward programs align with their strategic objectives.
  • We will count on you to:Manage industry surveys related to marketing, data management, and survey delivery by working closely with the Regional Industry Survey team, Operations, and the Client Solutions Team (CST) survey operations.
  • Optimize the use of survey data through effective presentation of survey results and by training clients on the use of the online survey tool (WIN).
  • Establish rapport with existing and prospective clients by professionally addressing their inquiries to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.
  • Provide support in establishing networks and developing new business and markets by introducing other services and products to increase revenue.

  • What you need to have:Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework )Proven project management skillsAdvanced skills in Excel.
