The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector and a proven ability to analyze, develop, and implement business solutions that meet the needs of the company and our clients.
Responsibilities: Identify and propose improvements to business processes to optimize results.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
Plan and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Conduct feasibility analyses and risk management for new projects.
Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
Monitor trends in the insurance market and incorporate best practices into the work.
Present products and solutions to clients and strategic partners.
Ensure successful implementation of solutions with clients and partners.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
In-depth knowledge of insurance market products and processes.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
Competence in managing multifunctional teams and strategic leadership.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellence in communication and the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Autonomy to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Spanish.
