O que você irá fazer

  • Essential Functions: Perform advanced diagnostics, builds, and repairs for a wide range of mountain bikes, including DH and XC models.
  • Expert installation, tuning, and adjustment of brakes and suspension systems for optimal performance and safety.
  • Oversee the maintenance and safety checks of the rental fleet to ensure all bikes meet operational standards for guest use.
  • Assist with daily operations in the rental shop, including bike rentals, fittings, and customer service.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
  • Adhere to and promote all safety procedures outlined by safety and risk management protocols.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of related equipment, including protective gear and bike accessories.
  • Experience/Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional bike mechanic experience, with a focus on DH and XC bikes.
  • Expertise in advanced bike repair techniques and familiarity with modern components, tools, and technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for mentoring and collaborating with a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
