O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates initiative, autonomy, strong organizational and planning skills, and who can contribute to the Benefits team in a structured and impactful way.
  • What you will do: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing support and investigating issues as they arise.
  • Review and approve all benefit requests, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize employee benefit trends and insights.
  • Monitor and report on local benefit costs, investments, and program performance.
  • Manage benefit-related actions across different locations.
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurance providers, and benefit partners.
  • Plan, manage, and execute benefit awareness and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all benefit programs comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Conduct monthly reporting meetings with global stakeholders, using English for communication.
  • What we expect from you: Solid experience managing both insured and non-insured benefits programs.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and operational teams.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, including verbal communication.
