  • About the Company: The Senior Accountant will oversee the companys financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance.
  • This role requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and supporting the team with administrative accounting tasks.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with tax filings and audits.
  • Track cash flow, budgets, and expense forecasting.
  • Implement financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams on financial matters.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Construction or contracting industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.

  • , QuickBooks Online) and financial tools (e.

  • , Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience working remotely with US-based clients.
  • Availability to work in PST hours.
