- Maintains communication, transparency & visibility with Business Partners, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders.
- Aligns team to commitments for Sprint goals- Holds individuals and the team accountable to working agreements- Remove obstacles & distractions that impede the teams Sprint goals- Coaches the team to become self-organized & high performers- Facilitates all scrum events that take place, ensure they are productive & kept within the timebox- Assist team with Agile metrics to measure & grow**Habilidades**:- Thinks beyond day-to-day activities by planning ahead- Coaches the team by using persuasion rather than authority- Ensures the Product Owner & Business don''t influence the team to overcommit- Normalizes story estimating for the team- Supports and coaches the Product Owner on prioritization & feedback gathering to continuously feed the what of stories- Coordinates team events with Business Partner & Product Owners- Collaborate with the Product Owner to execute the change management implementationExpectations:- Identifies and removes Sprint impediments- Creates a safe environment to promote healthy conflict & team engagement- Challenges the team to inspect & adapt improvements from retrospectives & puts them into action- Demonstrates servant leadership by offering support and "pulling" the tea
