  • Job Description SAP Test Manager will lead the development, execution, and management of comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects.
  • The candidate will ensure the quality and timely delivery of SAP testing tasks, collaborating closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful SAP implementation and upgrades.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans , test cases , and test scripts for SAP S/4HANA rollout projects, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Coordinate with offshore project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Design and implement testing strategies aligned with project goals and business needs.
  • Identify and document defects , track issues through resolution, and communicate testing results and status updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices, methodologies , and industry standards.
  • Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
