Collaborate closely with customers, partners, field personnel, and the engineering team, considering industry best practices to develop and drive the platform product roadmap.
Implement integration to or migrate from the backend SAP ERP HCM.
Manage and track project issues, risks, and change requests.
Lead and motivate multiple project work streams.
Take responsibility for the delivery of large, global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Interact with clients and stakeholders to create business requirements and work with Boomi specialists on data extraction via the SuccessFactors API and application testing of logic to satisfy business requirements.
Possess extensive knowledge of SAP ECC HCM configuration, specifically in OM, PA, and PD.
Execute SAP transactions such as PFAL, CHARM, and Solution Manager.
Work in an AGILE environment and use agile tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Work under project management guidelines, including providing effort estimates, work task development, and input.
Mandatory Skills: Employee Central Core, Employee Central Reporting, SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio).
