Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level functional support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes with CRM integrations; Troubleshoot and enhance SD sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; Engage in proactive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations and CRM functionalities.
Skills: Fluent English; Strong expertise in the SAP SD module, with proven CRM knowledge and integration experience; Familiarity with SAP integrations, interfaces, and workflows; Proven ability to document, analyze, and communicate solutions effectively.
