  • Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP OTC solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define process improvements and develop innovative SAP OTC solutions.
  • Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with Finance (FI) and Logistics (LE).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, FI, and external system interfaces.
  • Drive solution architecture discussions and best practices for SAP OTC implementations.
  • Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide thought leadership on SAP OTC industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Support presales activities including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Engage in requirements gathering and solution workshops with customers to showcase GyanSys'' SAP capabilities.
  • Assist in developing business cases and project roadmaps for prospective clients.
  • Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC solutions, including SAP SD module and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order management, pricing, invoicing, and credit management processes.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Ability to engage in presales discussions, develop proposals, and conduct solution demos.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales & Distribution or related areas.
  • Experience in working within an SAP partner ecosystem.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions and integrations with third-party applications.
