  • What you will do: Analyze data sources and business requirements to define a comprehensive data migration and MDM strategy.
  • Act as a data leader in the program, engaging stakeholders, running workshops, and documenting data mapping, workflows, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, technical specifications, and migration methodologies.
  • Develop and execute migration test plans, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, business partners, functional teams, integration teams, and data stewards to ensure a smooth migration process.
  • Provide technical leadership on migration methodologies, best practices, and code review while managing deliverables and milestones.
  • Design, implement, and support scalable and repeatable data migration solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery objectives.
  • Define requirements, estimate efforts, and contribute to the development of efficient and robust data solutions.
  • Act as a leader in data management best practices, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • What we are looking for: Fluent in English; Proven experience in data migration, MDM, or ETL development, with a strong track record of leading delivery teams.
  • Extensive expertise in ETL processes, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and remediation, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to target platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills ability to write, execute, and optimize complex queries.
  • Deep understanding of data integrity, security, and governance principles.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and enterprise cloud solutions.
  • Experience defining and implementing migration and validation strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions for data engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
  • Where you will work: This is a hybrid position, at our clients office in Campinas/SP.
  • Employment type: CLT; Cooperado; PJ.
