THE ROLE We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team delivering data projects globally.
As a Lead Data Migration Consultant, you will manage a team of migration consultants across all aspects of data work within a process area or workstream.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with functional consultants and key client resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and ensuring your team maximizes value through all project phases.
You will leverage your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, iterate, and execute design, build, and deployment, ensuring maximum customer value.
As a key member of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet customer needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO After initial training, a Lead Data Migration Consultant will be expected to: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Synitis Data Migration methodology.
Show proficiency in Synitis tools, adhering to development standards.
Understand business processes in one or more functional areas and quickly learn new areas.
Manage a small team of consultants to meet project responsibilities.
Possess knowledge of technical data structures and definitions related to assigned areas.
Develop data migration rules and reports using Synitis tools based on specifications.
Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
Create and maintain data load programs.
Maintain documentation and communicate status effectively to leadership and clients.
Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
Support and mentor junior team members.
WHAT IT TAKES Degree in Computer Science or related technology field.
Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
Functional ERP experience.
Experience across multiple ERP implementations.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by projects.
