O que você irá fazer

  • This role ensures that changes to SAP systems are smoothly implemented, minimizing disruptions and maximizing adoption.
  • The SAP Change Manager collaborates with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to drive effective change strategies and ensure business readiness.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a structured change management approach for SAP projects.
  • Assess the impact of SAP system changes on business processes and users.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and IT teams to drive change initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Define and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Develop training programs and materials to support user adoption.
  • Monitor and report on change management activities and user adoption metrics.
  • Establish best practices for SAP change management and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP change management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.

  • , Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend SAP-driven improvements.
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users in SAP environments.
  • Preferred Skills: SAP certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in agile or hybrid project management environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
