Proactive and ownership-driven Project Manager who is result-oriented.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with client stakeholders and internal consultants to resolve user tickets.
Be part of a strong, diverse, and global operations team, managing a very complex and dynamic environment.
Deliver customer requirements and have a strong understanding of how they relate to the customers' daily operations.
Focus on service quality, service availability, and operational capability, in conjunction with relevant processes and performance management.
Conduct periodic reviews such as daily team meetings, weekly burn reports, monthly trends/KPI reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Manage financial targets and margins of the contract, focusing on retaining and growing existing resources.
Maintain good relationships with both internal teams and the customer.
Demonstrate the ability to drive the team to solve problems and develop strong technical capabilities, achieving the KPIs established in the contract.
Participate in war rooms and management meetings.
