O que você irá fazer

  • You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer.
  • You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.
  • To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties Develop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources.
  • Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience.
  • Provide training to junior developers and manage their growth.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, LWC, and APIs.
  • Assist with third-party API integrations.
  • Own issues from resolution, translating business needs into technical requirements, troubleshooting, and gathering feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on technical challenges and product roadmap planning.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, respect, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze complex business and technical requirements to guide solution design.
  • Optimize existing architecture for performance and scalability.
  • Manage Salesforce development tasks, prioritizing multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and development lifecycle.
  • Perform testing of Salesforce code and integrations, including writing user testing instructions.
  • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex.
  • Work within highly customized Salesforce environments across various clouds.
  • Experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
  • Experience outside Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Architect-level experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Follow DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, and Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
