The role requires strong Salesforce expertise in consulting and/or development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's Salesforce environment.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
).
Manage and maintain integrations with other systems.
Collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.
) highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows.
Experience with integration tools and APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
Nice to have Qualifications: Experience with ChatGPT 4.
0 prompt engineering or similar AI tools, particularly document ingestion use cases, is a significant advantage.
