O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
  • This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise goals.
  • Key Responsibilities: Define and design scalable Salesforce architecture to meet business needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.
  • Oversee system integration with internal and external applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for architecture, designs, and integrations.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies and make recommendations for their use.
  • Support the management of the Salesforce platform, including system configuration, custom development, and user support.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce processes and tools.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, and ideally Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs, security model, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, VS Code, MuleSoft, etc.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
