  • Support the IC team by providing training administration to internal teams, distributors, and partners, along with logistical support and materials management.
  • Key Responsibilities Training & Logistics Coordination: Manage training courses by checking resources, scheduling trainers, booking transport, restaurants, and hotels, ensuring training rooms are available and equipped, communicating with participants, tracking and reporting course participation, and maintaining course descriptions in PeopleSoft.
  • Additionally, manage sponsorships, honorariums for physicians, and contracts for physicians collaborating with the training department.
  • Training Material Management & Distribution: Maintain stock of training manuals, samples, literature, and media.
  • Ensure availability of samples and materials to support local training and sales activities.
  • Training Development Assistance: Update and archive training materials, coordinate franchise training needs assessments with marketing and US teams, create and maintain a library of images and videos, source new training materials, and ensure availability of clinical and technical e-learning solutions.
  • Track e-learning participation, scores, and compliance.
  • Manage L&R approval for training materials.
  • Presence in the Field: Be close to distributors by coordinating in-person and online training sessions.
