O que você irá fazer

  • Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Department with essential administrative duties, ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to support customer satisfaction across various solution categories.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, managing direct sales inquiries, and handling opportunity management in purchasing portals (e.

  • Coordinate aspects of the sales cycle, from RFQ stages through final delivery and PO closure.
  • Manage international logistics, including door-to-door operations, and coordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other software tools, including PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software or related platforms.
  • Prior work experience in the Maritime & Offshore industry.
