  • Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator to support our sales team and facilitate seamless interactions between clients and suppliers.
  • This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience in vendor and client management.
  • The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives in managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Utilize Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite to track sales, manage documentation, and streamline operations.
  • Understand and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to support drop shipping operations.
  • Ensure timely tracking of PO releases for logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a ready-to-jump-in attitude.
  • Qualifications: Experience in customer-facing roles, vendor management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for drop shipping.
  • Experience in the food wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
